Launch! Fully Bloom

I’ve been working on Fully Bloom for a while. There are still things to do but now it’s time to LAUNCH :) Very happy about this.
Fully Bloom connects potential volunteers with programmes and organisations around the world that are tricky to find and which are endorsed by our network of friends.
Programmes can host their details with Fully Bloom to reach a higher number of high quality potential volunteers who are supported and prepped by a network of volunteer veterans!

Take a look at the site, or the Facebook page. I’d love to know what you think and if you want to be involved.

Koh Tao, Thailand

An unexpected addition to my trip… three days on dinky Koh Tao.

Don’t read this for any sightseeing tips, I stuck to my favourite Thai attraction: plastic tables on the beach for reading, coffee, juice, working, BBQ, monging. Ventures only included massage, yoga and, for a last minute push, kick boxing training. Ka-pow!

Home & Life

Taking the chance to visit another wonderful orphanage in Phang Nga. Same same but different you might say…

I didn’t have so long here but my time with the children, the adults, and the surroundings were touching and memorable.

Stuck on the main road and on the outskirts of town, Home & Life really is a little patch of heaven for the children here. And again, I was amazed by the resourcefulness, the simple joy and the attitude of everyone I met.

Baan San Fan 2012

Coming to Baan San Fan for the third time, I’m excited to see everyone and see what’s changed this time. Good job, because there’s a lot to be excited about.

Really should have had more sleep/ coffee/ carbs before getting stuck into today!

SOSA (200/200): doing

We’ve learned, we’ve questioned, we’ve practiced. This week it was time to DO.

And it was time to let go… Final chance to rinse the body, mind & soul, and time to say good bye to routine, teachers, and almost SOSA…
