Rewire London

28 September 2012 1,832 views No Comment

Rewire London brought together around 200 bright sparks from the digital industry for a day of very lively and intelligent chat. It was over at the Google Campus which is a shared working space with a warehouse feel and a good coffee bar.

This was an unconference so the agenda came together on the day by people who had either planned to speak or who made a last minute decision to get involved. The atmosphere was relaxed and inclusive, the logistics (badges, lunch, room layout etc) were easy going, and there was lots of social interaction. So, between all of that, the overall experience was one of participation and collaboration. It’s a high risk approach, relying heavily on the people in attendance, and for that well done to the Rewire team – Alison Coward and Justin – for executing brilliantly.

I attended some excellent talks, met some cool people, learned about some awesome initiatives, got inspired, got tweety and thought, y’know what, I like this. Whensa next one please peeps.?

nice busy agenda

brilliant and popular session on design, digital, social good
